Help Desk: Graphique Enterprises client services include an in-house help desk, providing customers with support assistance in areas including application software, printer support and LAN/WAN. Queries are efficiently handled over the phone or utilizing remote connection technology.
On Site Support: In the event an issue cannot be resolved at the Help Desk level, Graphique Enterprises provide clients with a prompt, On-Site support service. On Site support services also include the installation of software and hardware products purchased through Graphique Enterprises. Clients can arrange an on-site support call through the Help Desk, book a support call online or email a support request to email@example.com
On Line Help: Clients with a current Graphique Enterprises Support Services Agreement can book a support call on line. Clients log simply log into the On Line support section, and request a support call. Each such request is allocated an individual job number. Clients can log into check the progress of each job at any time.

Hardware & Software Implementation:
Hardware & Software Products: Graphique Enterprises provide, install and support a comprehensive range of recognised hardware and software applications. Software product selection includes standard operating systems, workstation applications and network operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Terminal Server programs.
Partnership: As an authorised Microsoft partner Graphique Enterprises Pty Ltd is an accredited reseller of the Microsoft suite of products. We are also an authorised IBM, Intel, HP and Watchguard dealer.
Support Services Agreement: Clients are offered the option of investing in a Support Services Agreement when purchasing computer products from Graphique Enterprises The Support Services Agreement is a further extension of our company's customer service program. Assuring clients that in the unlikely event a computer product purchased from Graphique Enterprises fails or is faulty it will be repaired or replaced within a an agreed period.
In addition to offering blue ribbon support, clients investing in Support Services Agreement able to access On Line Help and receive valued client rates for Training Services.

System Audits: Our qualified staff will conduct a comprehensive audit of your I.T. network. Clients receive a detailed inventory and mapping of their existing I.T. network. System audits include detailed recommendations providing tailored hardware, software and support solutions, designed to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency for clients without escalating maintenance costs.
